These adjustments were entirely my choice, and the company was extremely clear about the extra fees involved. Another small point was the volume of boxes left after the fitting. Although the technician tidied up the work site perfectly, there was a significant amount of cardboard to dispose of in my recycling. It wasn't a huge problem, but a thing to keep in mind if you have limited bin space. Despite these small points, the total journey was very positive.
